Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WabiFace watch face applications (the "Apps") and the website wabiface.jp (the "Site"). By installing, purchasing, or using any of the Apps, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
When you purchase a WabiFace App on Google Play, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Wear OS devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, image assets, or animation logic of the App.
2. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Refunds within Google Play's standard 2-hour window are handled automatically by Google. For refund issues outside that window, contact support@wabiface.jp and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, animations, code, copy, and design elements within the Apps and on the Site are owned by WabiFace or its licensors. The "WabiFace" name and logo are trademarks of WabiFace.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps
- Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws
- Resell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Apps without written permission
5. Third-Party Services
The Apps may display data provided by third-party services (e.g., weather information delivered through Wear OS complications). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of such third-party data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Apps and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Wear OS device or future OS version.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WabiFace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Apps or Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in question.
8. Changes to the Apps & Service
We may add, modify, or discontinue features, faces, or services at any time. If a face is permanently removed from sale, existing purchasers will retain the ability to use the face on their device, but we cannot guarantee continued compatibility with future Wear OS versions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Apps.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Apps or Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
